Something in your marketing isn’t working. Find out what.

The method

The plan is only as good as the account it is built on.

Strategy starts with what is actually happening: where money goes, what gets measured, and what the buyer was trying to become when they bought. The recommendation comes after that, never before.

01 / Intention

Start with what you mean.

The role you want your brand to play. The people you want to matter to.

02 / Perception

Look at what they see.

The signals, proof, and experiences that shape how people interpret you.

03 / Alignment

Find the distance between.

A sharper question before another tactic. A focus to investigate before amplification.

Meaning Gap Diagnostic

Trace the distance between intent and perception.

The meaning gap is the distance between what your brand intends to mean and what the market perceives. Trace your brand, audience, channels, and operating needs through twelve questions. See proposed advisory priorities and a starting point for a joint engagement. Your answers do not establish a confirmed diagnosis or retainer scope.

Consider each question

1. How closely does the way customers describe your brand match what you intend it to mean?

2. What tells you that your message fits the people you want to reach?

3. When people hesitate, what do you hear most often?

4. What usually happens after someone shows interest?

5. How repeatable is the way you move people from awareness to action?

6. What do your images and visual presentation communicate?

7. What happens when a new subscriber joins your email list?

8. What job does your social content do for your business?

9. Are you preparing an offer, launch, or time-bound campaign?

10. Is real demand putting pressure on your ability to deliver?

11. What kind of joint advisory support would be most useful?

12. When do you want to take the next step?

All prices in USD. Monthly installments and full engagement totals are shown together. Discounts compare with the same tier's three-month monthly rate. Twelve months provides the lowest monthly rate and requires the longest commitment; it is not a month-to-month arrangement. Monthly service scope stays the same for each term. Applicable taxes, if any, and final payment terms are set out in the signed agreement.

Defined access. Focused work.

Each engagement covers one business and one primary brand. An active priority is one defined initiative, such as positioning, email nurture strategy, or sales-pipeline design. New priorities replace existing ones or require an agreed scope change.

Joint sessions include both advisors. Partner coordination meetings are separate from those sessions, within the stated allowance. Strategic documents and working resources are selected for the agreed priorities; access to every framework or deployment of every campaign is not promised.

Meeting allowances apply monthly and do not roll over. Additional meetings, brands, business units, or materially expanded work require written scope and pricing. Response targets apply on business days, excluding holidays. Between-session support is for questions and strategic feedback, not production requests or on-call availability.

Client decisions, access to information, and execution capacity affect the schedule. We do not guarantee a particular business outcome. Engagements begin only after mutual fit, scope, and a signed agreement are confirmed.
